Troy (the manager) is very helpful and always smiles, and made sure i have a pleasant experience in the hotel. He told me how to reach the hotel from airport for free through bus ride even without me asking him (I didn’t know there is free bus until he told me). Staffs are very friendly, tried to get what you need and speak English as best as they could. They have the best ice chocolate in their cafe that you can easily find in the first floor. Not too mention about how amazing their fish noodle is, I ordered both almost everyday 😂🤤. Room is clean, and housekeepers cleaned it even when i didn’t ask them to do so. It’s really near by the teddy bear museum! Everywhere is within walking distance because the hotel is located right in the attraction area. It was a very convenient and safe solo trip i had!

With good management like this, it goes without saying that the service and facilities at this hotel are unbeatable. Five star quality from breakfast in the morning to a peaceful and quality comfortable sleep at night. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the beach, Vinwonders and Grand World. Extra benefit is the free bus shuttle services to the airport, central town area and other major attractions.

Very friendly and thoughtful staff despite the language barrier. the 2 ladies manning the counter (day and night shift respectively) were kind, respectful, and helpful. Breakfast is great, though the options are limited to Chinese-style Vietnamese noodles and did not include a drink. We ordered coffee on our own and it was pretty good. Location is great but peaceful/quiet. Hot water supply is constant with good pressure. Well furnished with amenities (i.e. toothbrush, comb, razor, cotton swabs, hairdryer).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The manager and the entire team were friendly and very helpful. The mattress was comfortable and soft, and the air conditioning cooled the room well without being noisy. The bed linens were high-quality cotton, which added to the comfort. The hotel is also in an excellent location, making it convenient for everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

The hotel is new and everything is very clean and tastefully decorated.The beds were very comfortable. It's location in Mallorca is excellent .it means it's only 300metres to the beach. With a short walk in the other direction to the main attractions of Grand world.The staff were very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night.The room was serviced every day with clean towels.
